| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Nov 19, 2009 Draft sample at Cigar City. Poured a clear brown color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate roasted oatmeal, sweet spice and small coffee aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Solid roasted oatmeal cookie sweet flavor with a medium to heavy sweet finish of moderate duration. Standout complex brew.
