This blue bottle is beautiful, and perhaps the best about this beer ;) The brew is hazy, golden and the mouth feel is way too carbonated. The aroma has notes of wheat and citrus, and the latter is very artificial. I get the same impression in the flavour, and it leaves me with an thin and chemical impression.

Blonde, no head. Some citrus notes, and weak notes of spices. An odd flovar with notes of banana, maybe infected.

Bottle. Golden with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, wheat and some spices. Flavour is fresh, wheaty and spicy with citrus, fruity. Dry thin finish.

Blue bottle from MiP. Blonde, clear. Dominant traubenzucker aroma and flavor Marzipan. Sharp mouthfeel. Honeyish with lemon. Dry out effect. Very peculiar kind of witbier.

Bottled. (blue bottle) Almost clear, yellow-golden beer with a small white head. Citrus, yeast, spice and fruits in the aroma. Sour flavor with lots of lemon and orange. Some spice, barnyard and yeast as well. A bit thin and fizzy body. Lemony finish with some spices. Not the most successful wit I have tasted... (060809)

Bottled. Nose with hints of citrus and spices, some peppers. The rest of the experience is more ordinary. Somme orange peel in the finish. Average white.

Bottle (from Bitter Virtue, BB Sep 06). Spicy citrus nose with some musty plastic. Sharp citrus and appley flavours seems like there should be more sweetness here, without this it seems too thin and sour.
