Bottle. Pale, hazy yellow/orange colour with a white head. Powerful sweet and sour aroma with a distinct presence of blueberry and citrus. Bitter, sweet flavour with a dash of grape fruit and notes of basil. Watery palate. A bit dry. Too much carbondioxide.

[At Fete de la Biere 2004, Lausanne] A hazy yellow beer with no head. The aroma is simple - just coriander. The flavor is sweet with notes of coriander and other spices but not enough to hide a clear note of alcohol - a surprise in a beer of 5% ABV.

Pretty blue bottle. Hazy dull orange beer. Sickly spicy wheat aroma. Sharp mouthfeel. Vanishing flavours - quite watery. Poorly defined yeasty finish.

Fruity nose on pour, light hops aroma with apple, pear, lemon rind, and yeast. Some sourness but pleasant. Reminiscent of a witbier. Citrus and spice. Hazy amber orange (unfiltered) or butterscotch, with fluffy white lacing head. Good retention. Medium watery body with light-medium carbonation. Taste is light and refreshing, citrusy and acidic to start, mild sweetness - like a wit - finishing off with a mild bitterness. After is citrusy, yeasty, and mild. Overall, it's a bit weak, but enjoyable.

Light gold and cloudy. The aromas are musty yeasty mellow citrus. Flavours are refreshing and yeasty with a nasty soapiness and a vinegar sourness to finish.
