Bottle@Home. Fruity aroma (fruity sourness) with a hint of toffee. Hazy, chunks floating around, beige irregular head, strange lace, exploding on opening. Fruity, sourish, light medicinal, rusty. Was this infected?

Bottled. Lightly hazy amber, small head. Buttery and fruity, medium bodied with soft mouhfeel. Lots of butter, notes of red berries. Light salty bitterness. Quite pleasant.

Bottle conditioned, 330ml. Hazed orange amber with thin head. Odd spicy aroma, fairly pleasant, the body of the beer has a damp cardboard taste along with a fruity sweetness, quite peachy, soft. Little on the finish, rather light really.

(33cl bottle, traded with Saarlander) Hazy amber colour with a short, slightly beige creamy layer. Dusty, peppery and herbal spicy aroma with fruity notes of citrus, berries and caramel. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium body with a soft carbonation. Toast-malty, slightly yeasty and fruity taste (red berries) with caramel; slightly sweet malty finish with spicy and light flowery notes in the aftertaste. A beer made for Poilus is also ok for an (ex-)Landser like me and might be suitable for GIs and Tommys as well.

Coriander and earthy Belgian yeast reign supreme over a workmanlike peachy sweetness...Orangey zest compliments the coriander in a rotund body whose grain presence (wheat?) appears more filling than the other Cimes...An ordinary Belgian/French spicy ale but well-brewed and pleasant to quaff...
