Aroma of berries. Fruity, slightly flowery, not too sweet. Better than expected. Saarlander (1589), Rancho Cucamonga, California, USA

Mixture of blond beer and violet liquer.
Dark ruby coloured, pale pink airy white head, raspberry nose. Tastes like raspberry juice with strong dry floral (probably violet and maybe cactus) notes. It’s hard to describe because I haven’t tried anything like this. Very odd brew, and I’m not so sure whether I like it or not.
