Sweet molasses nose, chunky with sediment, shimmering amber copper color. Big honey malt tastes. Fruity hints of cherry. Oily feel. The suspended particles were a turn-off.

Bottled 33cl. It pours an amber beer with a light beige head. The aroma is of cardamom, vanilla, nutmeg, apples, wood, oranges and banana. Sweet taste with notes of apples, wood and cloves. Some coconut and popcorn showing up. Spicy. Sweet yeasty finish with a good bitterness accompanied by a spicy touch.

One of my best french beer keep in mouth and pleasant caramel, floral, herbs, amber, clear, medium sweetness,

Amber with an average head. Fruity hops in the aroma and bitter-sweet flavours of caramel, honey and fruits. Nothing special, and quickly forgotten.

Bottle at home. Dark brown. Cloudy. Bitter. Minimal head. Average gas. Quite nice.
