Dec 16, 2009 Bottled. A copper coloured beer with a short lived off-white coloured head. The aroma is peachy with a little peppery hop. Fruity and yeasty in the mouth. Some spicing and peach melba flavours. Over sweet but drinkable.

Dec 11, 2009 33 cL bottle at Le Sous-Bock. Pours cloudy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is light caramelish, mild roasted. Rather sweet caramelish and malt driven flavorued, light fruity note. Lingering caramelish and subdued fruity finish.

Jan 13, 2009 Updated: Feb 6, 2009I pourd this on in a Stella Glass. Bright golden-orange color. A very sweet nose of citrus fruits and spice. On the palate, same fruitiness leaning more toward exotic ones like mango. Finishes off-dry. Quite nice, and easy to drink. Alcohol well hidden, nicely incorporated.

Jan 4, 2009 bottle - Pours yellow-orange with almost no head. It has big flakes of yeast floating around in it. It smells sweet and fruity, rather like cherries. The flavor is sweet and the fruit notes are interesting. I’m thinking lime for some reason. It’s medium bodied and a little bubbly on the palate, finishing just a little dry. Good beer.
