Cloudy orange/yellow with a small white head, some sediment. Sweet malt aroma with some fruit and some spice. Taste is rather sweet, honey like with little hop or spice, but the higher abv is well masked. A little sweaty at the end with some bitterness. Easy drinking but not on par with a lot of the great Belgian Strongs out there.

Pours a somewhat grainy golden color with an interesting frothy head, that is decent in appearance. Aroma is somewhat floral with hints of yeasty dough followed by some acidic fruitiness. There is some alcohol in the flavor, fruit rinds and malty flavors resembling some doughy bread. Not alot of flavor but enough to be somewhat enjoyable. Not my favorite, but worth trying.

Clear pale golden pour with a wispy-lacing white head. Dry, lightly sweet mildly floral Belgian malty aroma. Body starts with a pleasant floral sweetness with orange zest and a drier earthy finish. Nicely balanced and drinkable, but nothing too exciting.

(Bottle) Pours a clear golden body with a small white head. Aroma of malt and yeast. Flavor of alcohol, malt, and a hint of apple in the finish.

Golden color, bready, cookie dough nose. Big malts that are semisweet, rich tasting.

No aroma, yellow with a huge head. The head is dry, the beer is smooth but a little bland. Reminds me of a witbeer just with more alcohol, esp. in the fumes.

This bottled brew marked best before end of A/4/05 poured a small sized head of frothy white colored medium sized mostly diminishing bubbles that left behind a transparent light orange brown colored body with suspended yest floaties. The aroma was dusty and mild dirty sock malty. The mouth feel was tingly from start to finish with a mild vinous bite. The flavor was mildly malty with caramel hoppy and vinous notes.

Hazey, yellowy appearance. Honey malt, mildly spiced aroma. Sweetish malt palate, surprising: looks like a tripel, tastes like a dubbel. Toasted raisin bread, honey, mild spice. A little syrupy and cloying in the finish. Unusual for sure.
