The aroma is sweet caramel with notes of coriander. The flavor is of alcohol, caramel, and prunes with lemon-soda in the background and a dry finish. The mouthfeel is very soft. Fruity and dark malty aroma. Sweet fruity, estery. Light chalky note to a dark chocolate and dry roasted malt flavour. Subdued bitterness. Light fruity and yeasty finish. omhper (12299), Stockholm, Sweden
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 6, 2007 Bottled at Belgobaren, Stockholm. Mahogany colour, rich firm head. Caramelly aroma with lots of red wine. Sweet and caramellym, fruity with some cinnamon. Full bodied and very rich in flavour, also intensely sweet. I really like the flavour of full bodied red wine. Finishes with spun sugar sweetness. Really good to be a macro. joergen (8635), Frederiksberg, Denmark

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Nov 25, 2003 Dark amber color; giant thick head. The malt aroma is lightly sour (and quite poor). Good body balance, dryer than the Brune and with an alcohol punch more; malt, a lot of caramel; the mouthfeel is more persistent, the final less strong. Pleasant, but the Brune is more interesting, this one is more ordinary. KimJohansen (7145), Copenhagen V, Denmark
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Oct 9, 2007 Pours brown with medium head. Aroma has toffee and malt. Flavor is sweet, malty has chokolate notes and a nice full body. Pleasant surprise. Maria (6323), Thisted, Denmark
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Jul 1, 2007 There is a nice and lasting head on this dark brown beer. The flavour has notes of malt, hops, plum and spice. The mouthfeel is rather oily and the alcohol gives a warm feeling. The flavour is sweet with notes of port wine, candy sugar, dark fruits and alcohol. The sweetness is rather heavy in the finish. It’s the best of the three Cinay’s I have tasted.
