Commercial Description:
Bailey's Ale is a hoppy blond ale named after our happy blonde labrador. It's made with a bit of malted wheat and Centennial hops for a refreshing citrusy finish. It's unfiltered and bottle-conditioned for freshness. We hope you enjoy this beer.

This beer poured out of the bottle with a huge, unruly off white head. It was all I could do to coax it into the glass. Golden color with a light grainy and grassy hop nose. Orange peel, apricot fruitiness over a light bready backbone. The finish tends toward a citrus peel bitterness. Not very interesting.

Hazy golden body under a humongous white head. Citrus and pine hops in the nose with some tropical fruit but not amounting to anything truly inviting. Lots of carbonation. Spice and bitterness in the taste with a hint of sweet. Mediocre.

POurs gold with a decent head. The notes of hops out did ythe malt. The palate was rich of malt but balanced out well with the citrus of the hops. I nice firm finish.

(Rating #1112)

Bottle I found at the local beer store the other day. Had no idea what style it was, just bought it. Pours out a golden yellowish color, with a huge white head on it. Smell is full of fresh hops and malts. Taste is sweet and smooth, full carbonation, almost too much. Being as it is a blond ale, I drank it pretty quick, and then the almost 8% started kicking in. A pretty good beer, would think it would be nice in the summer time. At 5 dollars a bottle, this is a pretty good deal too. Ill probably get some more of these.

Capped 750ml bottle. Hazy gold with a white head. Tangy tangerine and lime citrus nose almost covers up the light, sweet malt. Interesting flavor - like a lemony cookie with a fruity note. Body is pretty full for a blond, but still has the lively carbonation. Light grapefruit zest in the finish. I didn’t really like the first sip, but it sure grew on me.

Very strong floral aroma. Cloudy golden color with a massive head. My first pour was all head that slowly settled. Intial floral hop bite that quitly smooths out. A little watery on the finish.
