Commercial Description:
Bailey's Ale is a hoppy blond ale named after our happy blonde labrador. It's made with a bit of malted wheat and Centennial hops for a refreshing citrusy finish. It's unfiltered and bottle-conditioned for freshness. We hope you enjoy this beer.

(2004 750ml) Poured a hazy golden yellow with a very large lingering frothy head. A heavy orange peel aroma. The flavor is strong citrus hop that is slightly grainy with a bitter finish. Lots of carbonation and yeast.

75cl bottle, 2004 vintage. Murky yellowish juicy colored body with a white head. Sour grains and milk scents in the nose. Some celery and califlower flavors, bready, salty, vinegar brine flavors as well. Fizzy texture.

Pour is deep golden and slightly hazed with big yeast floaties and a thin white head...smell is tart and yeasty...taste is sweet at first, then slightly sour...nice...

Nose is floral centennial and baby powder. Taste was oxidated with cardboard flatness. CO2 was strong. This beer left my mouth with that "not so fresh feeling."

2004 Bottle at 2006 Chromefest: Poured cloudy yellow with yeast chunks and a medium white head. High carbonation. It tasted like soda water with some malt and hops. Avoid.

Bottle. 2004. High bitter, sour, high CO2, wheaty. An odd thinness offset by a big CO2 mouthfeel. Not bad.

Hazy orange/yellow. Orange aroma, very pleasing. The tasting produces a bitter edge on the finish. Lots of citric goodness, in need of more experiementation.
