Aug 22, 2006 (2004 750ml) Poured a hazy golden yellow with a very large lingering frothy head. A heavy orange peel aroma. The flavor is strong citrus hop that is slightly grainy with a bitter finish. Lots of carbonation and yeast.

Jun 18, 2006 75cl bottle, 2004 vintage. Murky yellowish juicy colored body with a white head. Sour grains and milk scents in the nose. Some celery and califlower flavors, bready, salty, vinegar brine flavors as well. Fizzy texture.

Jun 13, 2006 Nose is floral centennial and baby powder. Taste was oxidated with cardboard flatness. CO2 was strong. This beer left my mouth with that "not so fresh feeling."

Jun 11, 2006 Hazy orange/yellow. Orange aroma, very pleasing. The tasting produces a bitter edge on the finish. Lots of citric goodness, in need of more experiementation.
