Funny how circumstances can affect your view. I had this ice cold from a friends cooler after reffing a soccer game on a hot night. At the time it was very tasty. Not much aroma but a honey sweet taste that went down easy.

Corn-yellow/gold beer; somewhat fluffy off-white head, not very stable. Metallic-grassy nose, even a bit like sewage water - otherwise said, pretty unappetizing. Unpleasant, slightly lemony-sour and very metallic taste, plus a flavour as from decaying grass. light, watery, fizzy, but the aggressive flavour keeps coming. Ugh! Txs to DavidA - I guess ;^}

All, I have to say is it comes in a 30 pack for $9 and I can drink all 30 without a buzz! It is my water of choice!

I have the feeling that the LaCrosse label at one time was a big regional brewery, and a favorite of the Wisconsin/Michigan.Illinois area. If so, I will give it some respect - after all, being from Baltimore, Natty Boh has a place in my heart. But this is just plain old megabrew lager now. Good, cheap, thirst qunching, but the beer-snob crowd will turn up it’s nose.

You can buy 30 packs of this at some stores in Wisc for around $10. It’s a very tasteless watered down, overly malted unbalanced lager with a low ABV, so you probably need the whole 30 pack to catch a buzz. I tried this yesterday at a beer fest, and im glad i didn’t purchase this one.

A pale yellow color with a white head. A slight malty presence with some corn and hay. Thirty pack for $13 I’d kill this shit for real. Very smooth finish. This is impressive for a pale lager
