Bready malt aroma with some light hops and corn flakes. Color is a light gold. Basically non existent flavor. Very light and fizzy. Whatever is in there makes the mouth salivate though. Kind of fruity. Very refreshing. Finishes clean and slight dry and bitter. Little lingering bready malts again. Ok for a lite beer.

| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 1/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jan 28, 2007 I found this for the first time at a local beer store that gets a lot of overruns, end-of-season deals, etc., so I had to try it - $6.99 for 15 cans. For a cheap light beer this actually isn’t bad, and I could see myself drinking it once in a while if it were regularly stocked in NE Ohio. A bit like Keystone light in that it is pretty boring and has a slight sweetness but none of the metallic or offensive flavor notes found in many cheapies. I’d take this over a Bud Light any day. | 1.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/20 | Jan 4, 2007 Draft at George’s in Iowa City, IA. Clear golden color with rapidly disappearing bubbly white head that didn’t (and was probably never designed to) leave any lace on the glass. Smelled mostly of hay and light sprucy hops. Occasionally you get a whiff of the rediculously small amount of malted barley they used to brew it; almost like it desperately wants to be a good beer. Watery mouth feel. Dry on the tongue with a light grainy flavor. Tastes and smells like a once proud beer diluted 4:1 with club soda. ilambeth (1), Champaign, Illinois, USA does not count | 0.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 2/5 | 1/10 | 2/5 | 1/20 | May 20, 2006 This is the worst beer ever that is not O’douls or any of the other low-alcohol beers. I bought a 30-pack because that was all I could afford at the time and I think I would have rathered stay sober. It looks like all the other light beers, kinda had a malty, stale flavor and a undescribable after tatse (not good). But if your a poor college freshman and plan on drinking the entire case in one sitting, not that bad of a selection. Cornfield (4945), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA
| 1.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 3/20 | Mar 26, 2006 Pretty much like carbonated water in taste. A very, vary pale yellow with steady beading and a pillowy white head that does linger. Slightly sour, bitter finish wherein a trace of sweet malt makes its presence known. Water’s cheaper.
