Pale yellow in color with a whispy white head. Decent lace when poured into a small plastic cup (from a sampler at the City Brewery Bier Stube). Very faint hops. Easy drinking, but innocuous. Good light beers are hard to come by but this one is satisfying. Barely noticable adjuncts. Nice balanced flavor of malt and you can actually taste hops. They're not the main attraction but at least I detect the bitterness from them. They brew some nice beers at City Brewery and this one is satisfying to say the least.
