thedm (3406), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA Oct 19, 2006 This draft brew from the Michigan Brewers Guild festival poured a small sized head of frothy medium sized white colored bubbles that was mostly lasting and left behind a hazy no visible carbonation light orange brown colored body. The mild aroma was wheat and dough. The mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish. it had a smooth wheat malt flavor. hotstuff (3045), Indiana, USA Sep 8, 2006 2006 brew. Small white head that mostly diminished, minimal lacing, slightly cloudy, no visible carbonation, and a straw yellow hue. Mild malt, sweet, citrus nose. Flavor was sweet, citrusy and mildly malty. Not much going on here. Decent refreshing taste. Smooth mouthfeel. tupalev (2311), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Jul 31, 2006 2006 version at MBG. Stopped them from putting an orange in it, as they were doing with all samples. Citrus orange aroma, very mild. Hazy lemon like dark yellow, thin white head. Nice refreshing taste, citrus, lemon, yeasty, even pepper. Very refreshing - wash away all that bourbon! Hint of sweetness and alcohol at the end. gearbike (373), West Bloomfield, Michigan, USA Jun 19, 2005 Draught at the brewery. Was hoping for the best since it is local. I usually like to try to glasses before ranking but I tried one of most everything they had on tape. The IPA is okay but it is just kind of lame. Not enough hops or character. GregClow (2351), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Jul 27, 2003 MIBG Fest: Slightly cloudy orange-amber colour with a small head. Aroma is mild and sweet, with hints of malt and citrus. Mouthfeel is crisp and fresh. Flavour of orange, lemon, tea and malt, with a mild bitter finish. While I didn't write down the exact alcohol percentage, I do remember it being high - somewhere around 7% or 8% - but that isn't apparent in the aroma or the flavour, making this tasty and refreshing beer very dangerous indeed.
