C.K. Browar Dunkel

Draught at the brewpub. Mahogany colour, ceamy head. Earthy and roasty. Sweetish with rounded, thick mouthfeel. Notesof molasses, aniseed and coffee. Low onhops, salty finish. Quite interesting.

At the brewpub. Mahogany half litre with a persistent collar of froth. Pruney fruit, gentle roast, biscuity malt afters. Hints of vanilla. Creamy dark beer with an earthy hop fruitiness nudging towards an English stout. Very nice. But like most beers sampled in the cellars of Krakow, stinks of fagsmoke.

[On draught at the brewpub] Dark redish brown. Light caramelly aroma. Big on Co2. Light caramelly flavour with mocca notes and a bit of licorice and chocolate. Long flavour.
