No 662 Rated 31 12 2008 Bottle green, 330 ml, Appearance pours shiny yellowish but darky body colour, body is clear in texture and moderately carbonated, head is initially medium, greyish white in colour, foamy, unstable, quickly decreasing and disappearing, there is rather no lacing, Aroma highly aromatic, herbal, gentle notes characteristic for a typical german low alcohol beer but tuned up additional herbal profile, thin maltyness, notes of graphit, juniper bush, notes of crystalized, dry honey, bergamotte, refreshing, Flavour front is rather nasty, apart from seemingly nice aromatic and herbal front going together with so to be freshness, it immediately dnotes nasty urine touch which is very real and disturbing, old rugs, sour, accidic, vinegar in a nasty way, yellow bile, saltpetre, generally nasty with very highly negative astringent palate, finish duration is quite long, Palate body is light, texture is dry, carbonation on palate is moderate, finish feel is poor, unpleasant with sourness, dryness of bile origin, very unfresh, quite astringent with dull sugar adjunct

500ml bottle (Gallows Bird, Espoo, Oktoberfest 2008)
Pale gold, brief head. Typical thin LA palate. Sweet weetabixy taste, and a bit of cardboard. Decent hoppy bite, but veering towards the artificial and metallic.

Bottled 33cl. It pours a golden beer with a white head. The nose is of breakfast cereals and hops with all the characteristics of a low alcohol beer. Pleasant malty taste with a decent amount of hops. Lightly bitter. Some nice lacework. Quite a bite to this beer. Some breakfast cereals showing up. Good mouthfeel. Hops in the finish accompanied by a hint of cheese. Very drinkable. An excellent low alcohol beer.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a slowly collapsing white head. Mild citrusy aroma, light cardboard note too. Dry and mild spiced malt to cardboard flavour. Decent bitterness into a dry finish. Not bad.
