Growler, drank the whole dam thing too. Pours an amber body with a tan head. Bitter earth y tones, a lighter dried fruit sweetness with a subtle note of toffee and caramel. Decent.

Almost burnt orange and very clear. Thin head gone fairly soon. Aroma has caramel and light toffee and spicy hops. Flavor begins with malt caramel and toffee flavor. Then the spicy hops appear. The finish is softly bitter, spicy and dry. Good beer and very easy to drink.

Pale amber with a small white head. Fruity aroma with a hint of green apple. Sweet and fruity flavour.

Poured amber in color with an orange hue. Average sized sticky white head with good lacing. Sort of a sweet aroma, moderate amount of hops. Similar taste. Had this on cask so it was very soft on the palate, low carbonation, smooth and very easy to drink. Nothing special, but keep ’em flowing!

Growler from Spirits RB. Pours a good looking orange/amber with an average to large white fluffy head. Aroma is grassy, tangerine and baby aspirin. Flavor still carries that baby aspirin and tangerine combo and add in some spoiling raw dough. Not very good.

Location: On tap at the Ginger Man in NYC, 4.5 oz glass as part of a flight, 6/27/09

Aroma: A nice sweet nose to it, some sweet malts, a touch of caramel apple smell
Appearance: Amber/orange color, a nice looking beer
Flavor: A decent flavor, but it just seemed to be missing a bit to me
Palate: An alright palate, but a touch watery, decent
Overall Impression: I thought this one was alright, but not great, probably my least favorite or the 4 beers in my flight.

Cask (gravity) @ Great British Beer Festival, GBBF 2008, Earls Court, London, England SW5.
Light unclear medium amber orange color with a small, virtually none head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, moderate hoppy, old apples, rubber. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. (050808)
