Aug 7, 2008 Light copper with bready nose. Crisp refreshing malt profile that tingles the tongue. Could be a little bolder, but this will do as it isn’t some giant alcoholic offering Clipper City is known for. Well done.

Jul 20, 2008 12oz Bottle: Pours a beautiful clear amber w/ a small off-white head that dissipates into a mere ring around the glass rather quickly. Aroma is of sweet malts, a bit of caramel & grain. Sweet malty flavor w/ a nice spicy hop presence. The hops carry through to the finish & stick around for awhile in the aftertaste. Pretty smooth & full mouthfeel. The label reeled me in...I’ll admit it.

Jul 10, 2008 I’m not a big fan of the aroma of this beer style (it tends to give be the impression of a stale beer). However, the color and flavor are better than expected. Not bad overall (and with a pretty cool label, too).

May 5, 2008 Seemed too light to be a Oktoberfest. The beer was enjoyable enough, sweet and pretty smooth, but not really what I was looking for in a ’Fest.

May 3, 2008 i have to admit that i am neither a an of marzen or clipper city.
but this beer i think is a fantastic example. i really enjoyed this the drinkability is high, the mouthfeel was great. i would def. buy this for a summer night.

Apr 2, 2008 This is a super beer to serve to those who are not necessarily beer drinkers. Very smooth with a pleasant spiciness that doesn’t overpower. It may say seasonal but this is always in the fridge.
