Bottle into pint glass. Clear golden body with a nice barely off-white creamy head. nice creamy aroma: nutty, woody, lager yeast, and spices. Flavor is smooth and balanced with the same notes. A bit earthy with a touch of hops on the finish. Medium bodied with low carbonation. Very nice mouthfeel. Overall: great fall session beer. Simple and refreshing.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a small sized head of foamy fine to medium sized white colored bubbles that were and left behind a transparent strongly carbonated light orange brown colored body. The mild aroma was malty. The mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish with a mellow hoppy aftertaste. Thenice marzen flavor contained notes of Vienna malt and hops. Delicious and one I would certainly buy again. Quite quaff-able and a nice session beer.

A pleasant amber lager, nice hit of smoky hops. Light and drinkable. Not sure it’s much of a Marzen, though - not very malty at all, and the hop character doesn’t match most of the other ones I’m drinking this year.

Bottle. Pours clear medium gold with a half finger white head that faded fast. The nose is malt, grain and light grassy hops. The taste is toasted bread, malt, sweet grain and light citrus zest. Medium bodied. An OK beer.

Not the best marzen around, I’m sad to say. Begins with a great pour. Lovely dark, reddish caramel colors and a nice head. Really the highlight of the beer. Nose is fairly thin, as are the flavors. Not bad, but they just don’t stay around long enough on the palate to really enjoy. Shame, because the look of this one is very nice.

Aroma: Woody. Appearance: Nice clear golden color. Flavor medium sourness. Palate: light body, average carbonation, bitter finish. Solid beer. Good appearance, decent taste. Not memorable, could be better, could be worse.

Straw-gold clear with small head. Very very bready aroma with honey and a a trace of sweetness. Thin watery mouthfeel. Crisp grainy, hops are hard to find. Little bit of rast and caramel. Finishes with a little bit of grassy bitterness on the tip of the tongue.

A good, smooth, and mild lager like the commercial description claims. It wasn’t exceptional, it wasn’t bad. We think it could have done more - it didn’t break out of the box and it didn’t impress.
