Nov 29, 2008 Pours amber-orange with a thin white head. Aroma is that of sweet malt and caramel. Flavor picks up some toasted malt and caramel. Crisp, clean finish. A nice Märzen.

Nov 21, 2008 Tap at TacoMac, John’s Creek. Slight hazy, golden orange. Aroma of dough and a unique musk, kinda like sourdough bread. Flavor is of crusty, sweat socks.

Nov 20, 2008 Really this is just a simple sweet brown ale/amber ale hybrid, although there is some faint marzen qualities such as some light wheat cracker and toast or crouton flavor, with a mild maple and butter sweetness. Palate is moderately silky, unassertive but pleasant. A simple beer.

Nov 1, 2008 Draft at Taco Mac. Medium brown pour with a small tan head. Aroma is pretty plain...malty and light. Flavor is pretty decent, with some good malt and sweetness. But I expect a bit more flavor and body in an Octoberfest.
