| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Aug 6, 2009 Bottle… Pours clear and orange with a mid-sized, fluffy, white head. Fantastic, small, tight retention. The aroma provides some nice caramel and toffee notes alongside resin and sweaty socks. Full-bodied with a velvety mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Well-balanced. Lots of caramel and crystal malt sweetness up front, but the hop bitterness catches up in a hurry. The finish is lengthy and bittersweet… the bitterness lingers longer. Bottle provided by ygtbsm94!
