12 oz bottle. The body is cloudy red, There is no carbination or head. Did not really enjoy this, only plus is that the 10% is somewhat hidden.

12 oz bottle-pours a foamy dissipating tan head and deep amber color. Aroma is medium/dark malt-caramel, banana/clove, spicy hops, which doesn’t quite balance, medium fruit. Taste is wheat/medium/dark malt-caramel, spicy/wood hops, medium fruit-cherry, alcohol, some yeast. Better at cellar temperature vs cold. Ok carbonation.

Pours a thick red with little head after a vigorous pour. Has a heavy banana, spice, and maple aroma. Taste was similar with wheat and sweet malts and bread and butter pickles. Very syrupy, decent alcohol bite. Interesting brew. Thanks to beachbum25 for throwing in this extra!

Muddy brown color with green hue. Light aroma. Good malt and caramel flavor, with light chestnuts, light tannins; the alcohol is quite evident. Low bitterness. I like Barley Wines, but this one is not impressive.

Cloudy dark amber color. It’s a liquor version of a Weizenbock, sweet, thick, very good.

12oz bottle coutesy of Dorwart. Consume by Mar 08. Sweet candy bock aroma hits the nose. Amber body head disipated quickly. Flavor was a solid dose of sweet sugar sourness. Sourness subsides more of sugar candy flavor by end of brew. Filling beer and I wouldn’t recomend any surfing in water after this filling brew.

Deep copper body with a small ecru head. Initial impression of the aroma was of a bowl of Wheaties with bananas and brown sugar. That seemed to carry over to the taste. Smooth in the mouth with mild carbonation. A pleasant drink.

Pours a cloudy amber. Flavor was ok, but the alcohol was very noticeable to me. Overall not too crazy about it though.
