12 oz from Total Wine Clearwater. Pours a deep brown amber with an off-white head. Aroma is banana, clove, some bread, slight citrus, and yeast. Flavor is lots of peppery yeast flavor with syrupy banana, clove, and sugar. Very sugary on the palate, almost too syrupy. Finishes very sweet with lingering sugar and peppery yeast. A bit too unbalanced for my taste.

Bottle pours a rich looking dark amber color with a thin tan head that quickly fades. Sweet aroma of wheat, bananas, clove, yeast, raisins, honey and brown sugar. Flavor is very sweet at first but more of a lingering tart aftertaste. Some alcohol is noticeable, but nothing to suggest the actual 10%.

12 oz bottle courtesy of eaglefan538. Pour is hazed burgundy orange with a smallish off white head that falls fast. Aroma of honey sweetness, wheat, yeast clove and ripe bananas. Fresh nose. Taste is grainy sweet wheat. The clove is present, not as much fruit. The finish is really long and ear waxy, with some alcohol at the end. This was a creative beer, which I liked until the finish, where i didn’t really care for it. Thanks Brian.

Pint glass from bottle. Tan head, firm and resilient. Sour cider aroma with apples and raisins. Dark caramel color with flavors matching nose. Boozy and warm in the mouth, lingering aftertaste of sour apple.

Bottle. Pours a deep ruby in color with a decent, off white, sticky head. The aroma is a fruity mix, heavy with molassess. It has a malt heavy flavor with flavors of cane sugar and yeasty wheat bread. It has a huge alcohol level that is masked quite well by the immense flavors. It has a full mouthfeel, and a cloyingly sweet lingering finish.

Bottle. Aroma of light fruits, maybe white grape, dark fruits, maybe raisins, and soda. Flavor predominantly of soda. Soda-like carbonation. Soda, soda, soda. Yuck.

Average-looking especially for the style. Clear, mahogany, mediocre head. Aroma is pleasant and does not suggest its being 10%. Has smoke, liquid bread and is quite nice. Silky smooth mouthfeel with low carbonation but a bit slick feeling. Innocuous, strong, not overwhelmingly flavorful but nice sweet sipping beer.

Poured a dark bronzish/brown color with orange highlights. The light tan head dropped to about 1/4 inch and eventually just a film. The film still left a bit of lacing. There was a nice caramel sweet aroma with a hint of hoppiness. The texture was creamy and a sweet caramel flavor. There was a slight warm sensation from the 10% alcohol on the finish, but in general the alcohol was hidden pretty well. Enjoyed this beer a lot!
