Jan 25, 2009 Updated: Jan 26, 200912oz bottle thanks to jrob21. Pours a clear, golden amber with a thin, off-white head. Nose is of citrus and pine hops. Taste is also of citrus and pine. Some caramel malt balances it out. Mouthfeel is medium, crispy clean and nice bitter finish. Pleasantly surprised by this.

Hoppy in aroma, hoppy in taste. what else can i say, i thought i was drinking flowers. but ill tell you what because of the high quality and sweetness of the hops, this beer worked beautifully. whether you are a fan of the ipa or not, this is a must try

Jan 13, 2009 Updated: Feb 28, 2009Bottle,light golden, with OK carbonation, some lacing, not much head. A nice IPA but I would not putit in the Big catagory. Hops are a good balance and clean finish.
3/09 On tap at Slainte in Fels Point. What a difference fresh means to a biug hop beer.

Jan 11, 2009 Bottle. Pours copper with off white head. Balanced sweet and hoppy aroma. Flavor is hoppy with grapefruit and grassy notes. Well balanced with sweet malts. Sweet finish.

Jan 10, 2009 On tap at Andys Corner Bar. Reddish copper in color with a off white head that left a nice lacing on the glass. Hoppy malty aroma. Grapefruity, citrusy caramel notes. Malty hoppy flavor. Earthy caramel flavor. Sweet tasting. Dry bitter finish. Decent. Drinkable.

Jan 8, 2009 Updated: Apr 12, 2009Bottle is 9 months old. Pours an off white head and a honey colored body. Smells of hops, pineapple, and honey. Flavor is pineapple, apricot, honeyed and delicious. Not very bitter but still heavily hopped.

Jan 5, 2009 On tap at Bar Louie Tampa, FL. Quite strong and nice with tropical and sweet fruits, and also a good amount of floral hop. Poured with a pretty cloud fluff like head, great lacing, and dark orange in color. Very heavy hop bitter flavor, grapefruit, pine, mild fruit malt, red apples, and sticky, fruity linger. Everything doesn’t perfectly come together for me in this ipa, but i am definitley not complaining either.
