Oct 17, 2009 Sample at Beer Club Meeting on September 16, 2009. Light in color. Smells like a light pale, but the taste redeems itself - tastes much better than what the aroma hints at. Malty, but light and easy. Soda-like.

Oct 14, 2009 12 oz bottle: Aroma is Centennial hops, citrus, grapefruit, really floral a wonderful aroma all together. Appearance is a slightly amber golden color with a medium sized white head that diminishes into a soapy white film. Taste is a really juicey citrus grapefruit note, mostly hops and some light pine notes. Palate is surprisingly clean but bitter on the back of the tongue. Overall, I like this amped up IPA. Cheers!

Oct 9, 2009 Cask at Chelsea Pier, NYC. Pour is slightly hazy orange, white head. The aroma is grapefruit, other light fruits, caramel, candy sugar. The flavor is like the aroma, with grapefruit and other fruits, and sweet caramel malts. The finish is rsiny hops. Medium mouthfeel Very good overall.

Oct 9, 2009 On tap. Clear amber with a small off white head. Big aroma of resinous, citrus hops and a bit of caramel malt. Flavor is a sweet malt base with liberal amounts of bitterness, no really alcohol taste. Medium body with a syrupy mouth feel that is thinned out by the carbonation. This is a very nice IPA.

Sep 28, 2009 On tap in a pint glass. I always had a hard time detecting piney hops until I had one randomly one day, and this one follows suit. I almost felt like I was drinking pine needles dipped in juniper berry juice and then covered in citrus peels. Really tasty stuff.

Sep 26, 2009 A very enjoyable brew that can be quaffed in quantity. Pleasantly floral hop on the nose. Malty up front followed by a wallop of spicy hops. Nice smooth mouthfeel with a thirst quenching finish. Overall, a great IPA
