Apr 21, 2009 Bottle thanks to bman1113v. Off white head over a hazy brown body. Floral hops, mango and pretzel malts in the nose. Flavor has a nice mix of floral hops, soap, and light malts. pretty good beer.

I am very happy this great beer is on tap at my local. Excellent balance in this overhopped wonder. Wonderful hop aroma and flavor in this uber IPA. Highly recommended.

Apr 15, 2009 Bottle. Pours copper amber in color with a small, lively pure white head. The aroma is very floral and phenolic, almost giving you the ability to taste the hops by smelling. This beer is a true hop head’s delite. It has a citrusy start and a floral finish. A really good IPA.

Apr 14, 2009 On tap at Coasters. Huge hop aroma of pineapple and grapefruit. Pours a light orange typical of the IPA style. Flavor is of light grapefruit with a hint of roses. Palate is sticky for an IPA but I’m not complaining. Overall a very good IPA.

Apr 8, 2009 Updated: Aug 9, 2009Pours a clear amber with thick white head that sticks to the glass. Very floral type hops, very little citrus, lots of pine, and a little resin. Taste is very similar, but comes together horribly. Slick mouthfeel with long lasting floral hops taste after. Not impressed with this.
Rerate: I don’t remember who sent this to me as an extra, but I remember being a little irked because I had already rated it, have it readily available, and didn’t really like it the first time around. Well, now I am very glad they sent it, because I must have had a bad bottle before. This is not the best IPA I have had, but definitely very solid. Pours a slightly hazy clear orange with thick white head, lots of lacing. Aroma mostly of citrus hops, slight floral, slight grass, pine, and bit of spice. Flavor matches well and DOES come together nicely. Very solid. Thanks to whoever sent this as a bonus to me, because I would have likely never tried this again!

Apr 8, 2009 Tap. Pour is lighter amber with dense white head. Aromas of floral hops, resin, and citrus. Flavor is citrus, sweet malts, and somewhat watered down. Not bad but nothing great.

Pours a nice hazy orangy copper with a good sized frothy white head LOTS of sticky lacing all the way down the glass
The aroma is big on hops citrus and grapefruit
The taste is all hops very nice hop taste actually i never knew until recently thta i am a hop head
Very nice brew

Apr 5, 2009 Pours with large lasting white head and a clear and slightly underwhelming gold color. Aroma is a floral hop with a good citrus kick. Some good piny hop flavors and a little bitter bit. Overall seems watery, may be a little old but not all that great.
