Apr 19, 2008 Clear golden of color with a creamy off-white head. An aroma of hops and grapefruit. A flavor of caramel, hops, grapefruits and malty hints.

Jan 14, 2006 this was a perfect light copper color. had a decently large hop aroma to it. I got some mild soap going on in the begining but it smoothed out nicely. This isnt bad, but i used to live in san diego and i know this isnt huge on hops. It is pretty damn nice and mellow though while remaining a duece.

Nov 27, 2008 Bottle: Light orange / small white head. Lots of grapefruit up front and citrus. Sweet and fruity. Tastes fruity with more citrus and maintains a wet hopped feel. Bitters and sweet fruitiness. Light florals. Thanks Matt!

Feb 9, 2008 On tap at The Old Toad in Rochester. Poured orange with an off white head. Hoppy aroma, mostly pine with some citrus. Medium/full body, very smooth. Hoppy flavor, very much pine and some fruity orange. Maybe a hint of caramel. Pretty good.

Dec 10, 2006 Pours out a lighter brown color without much of a head. Smell is great full of grapefruits, grass, fresh hops. Clearly this bottle hasnt been on the shelves long. Taste is smooth and grassy. Full of sticky hops and pretty close to a weak double IPA. A damn nice beer, probably something that will be added to my session IPA list. Good stuff!

Apr 3, 2007 Pours a hazy yellow orange color with a white head. Aroma is of lots of citrus, grapefruit hops. Slightly malty with some caramel and a nice bitter citrus hop finish.

Aug 8, 2007 Pours a two finger off-white head that fades slowly leaving some lace. Clear amber color. Light-medium carbonation and medium bodied. Strong hoppy nose. Flavor is hoppy, piney and sweet in that order, smooth, piney aftertaste. $1.80 for a 12oz bottle from Tully’s Beer and Wine Wells, ME.

Dec 14, 2007 12 oz. bottle from mj. Best before Feb-08 on label. Pour is clear orange gold with a one inch white head. Aroma of some sweetness, mostly malt biscuit sweetness, though it blends well with a nice ripe orange sweetness as well. Further back in the aroma is resin and earthiness. Taste has a nice blend of the sweet malt and citrus hops. Finish is wet, and a bit longer than I would like. Palate is nice and full, hiding the fairly high ABV (for an IPA). Nice beer all around, thanks for sharing this one Mike!
