This is clearly the brewery’s best beer yet, loaded with hops. No new ground is broken with this beer, it is just another example of a big fruity, piney American IPA. Still, it is welcome, a good inexpensive go-to hop fix. I like it a lot and buy it frequently, but it is so easy to over-rate these. Aroma? Mmmm smells like a lot of hops! Flavor? Mmmmmm tastes like a lot of hops! etc.

12 oz bottle from premier gourmet. pours clear orange with a soapy tan head that lingers. aromas are pine and citrus hops. hops are the main flavour but the malts hold them up nicely. lots of hops without being overly bitter. very good IPA.

Coppery brew with lots of white head, beautiful aroma of citrusy hops. Citrusy tea flavor consistent throughout, with very minimal bitterness. $1.80/12oz

12oz. bottles. Bronzy gold color with a medium sized rocky white head. Tangy mango and strawberry hop aromatics. Citric hop bitterness up front, lends a vegetal, slightly soapy character to the underlying malt. Residual resinous hop flavor in the finish, with some buttery maltiness. Mouthfeel is a solid medium, somewhat dry.

Pours a amber gold with a crème head. Nose is hoppy, but not so powerful like a super hopped up brew. The hops are there, as are a citrus tone and what seems like a sugary chewing gum. Flavor is hoppy with an orange citrus flavor. Feel is thicker and sticky. Drinkable, yes. It is a decent brew. But I think it is another that has jumped on the bandwagon of the super-hopped beers. After a while you can only take so much. When a beer is just made with a load of hops and it has no other great character that holds it apart from the rest, what is the point? Good. But lacking.

bottle poured a golden amber color with an off white two finger head that had pretty good retention. aroma hits off with tons of citrus pine hops, lemon and orange peel, bit of hop bitterness, underlying sweetness, and malts. clearly this is a hop centered brew. mouth feel is medium and there is enough carbonation to keep it lively. flavor has a yummy hop cocktail, citrus galore, juicy sweetness, moving to bittering hops, and some peppery spice. clearly the malt is just to keep this together as it just cant keep up with the hops level. really enjoyed this one as it has several contrasting hop varieties.

Pours a nice clean orangy body with a seafoam-like off-white head. Very nice hop aroma with essence of oranges and pineapple. The flavor closly matched the nose with some grapefruit in the finish. I also taste Belgian yeast in the finish. Very likely to become my session beer du jour. Great stuff!

(Bottle). Big citrusy aroma, mostly grapefruit. Orange-amber color, white head. Flavor a delcious balance of grapefruit, orange, pineapple, and some semi-sweet malt backbone. The finish is a little disappointing....slightly bitter, but not very intense.
