Aroma is a sweet/hoppy with hints of Berries. clear, light body almost a caramel color. Clean and Crisp when Fresh, clean health head, Flower hoppy taste is very nice. It’s actually concidered a Hop 3 Ale. Will make any Hop-Head VERY happy.

Bottle courtesy of Secret Santa! Pours a nice gold orange color with great lacing and a bubbly head. Aroma of strong grapefruit and citrus. Flavor is similar with strong hoppy notes. More bitter than malty. Nice grapefruit flavor with minimal amounts of toasty malt. Lingering dryness on the palate. Very good.

On draft at the Newtown Brewfest. Copper color with medium head. Aroma was mostly hops. Flavor was citrus hops, caramel malt sweetness, and a nice light bitter hop finish. The body was sticky and syrupy leaving you wanting more. Delicious.

Pours a golden orange color with a medium head. Nose is fresh, citrus, floral hops. Initial taste is citrus, touch spice, fruits, good malt balance. Mid palate to finish displays a good hoppy characters that balance this IPA very nicely. More a lighter IPA but very tasty and probably appeals to more palates. Palate duration is very good. Body light to medium. Head retention is good. Overall enjoyable IPA.

Bottled @Marty’s Newton, MA. Golden color like a scotch, a slim but persistent cramy white head. Aroma is complex, sweety, floral and fruity, notes of apricot, citrus. Flavor is sweet, spicy and notes of alcohol. Mouth feel is spicy and bitter. Very good beer with a nice price @ Marty’s. THis place is the beer Paradise!

stands out b/c of the intense hopping. i prefer this over some other ipas because i prefer a dominant hop taste and very little malt. this ipa does just that and turns out to be one of my favorites.

Rated 7/21/07. Pours a cloudy golden color with a small white head. Nice carbonation. Beautiful rings of lacing left behind after every sip. Whoa.....the aroma is very hoppy. I picked up floral, grassy, herbal, piney hops on the nose. The malt background is apparent on a deep inhale, but you have to cut through some serious hops to find it. The flavor is very nice. Again, piney, citrusy, and herbal hops dominate, but there is a decent enough level of caramel malt to mellow it out and make it palatable. Similar to Boulder’s Hazed and Infused in terms of hop intensity, but this one has a much better malt-hop balance. Heavy beer, but very drinkable if you’re into big hops, which I am. Nice, intense IPA.
