It’s not over hopped (I’ve had much hoppier) and not overly bitter for an IPA. It’s just a good solid drinkable beer.
I would certainly server it to company and recommend it to friends. FROTHINGSLOSH (2031), GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer pours a bronze color with a small white head that fades quickly. The aroma begins with a sour tang and quickly moves into strong grapefruit and fruit cocktail notes. The flavor is intensely strong grapefruity hops with a sugary sweet undertone. Probably the strongest and deepest grapefruity flavors I have ever encountered in a beer. jasonp (1513), Sterling/Dulles, Virginia, USA

Very sharp, pungent piney hop aroma; Amarillo and Simcoe perhaps. Similar flavor to that of DFH 90 Minute IPA. Taste has slight caramel/toastyness but mainly pale malt to showcase the hops. Pleasantly sweet, not nearly as bitter as you would expect, in fact it’s only moderately bitter. It appears that there was a ton of flavor and aroma hopping done on the back end - has a very strong pine, citrusy and grapefruit presence. The body has recently improved; very full, round and creamy with the perfect level of carbonation. Good head retention. Overall, very very nicely done. | 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Nov 15, 2005 Bottle from the Beer Yard. This beer is as good as any of the Sly Fox varietals that I have had, which is to say that it is outstanding. It dishes out hops and takes names. The pour is copper/dark straw with a 2-finger off-white head. The aroma is hugely piney hoppy, with some spicy esters, black pepper, grapefruit, and canteloupe. The flavor is very hoppy, with a well balanced malt component. I noted the same flavors as Dreadnaught, only not quite as intense. Dense, complex mouthfeel. This one is like the younger brother of Dreadnaught, and is just outstanding. Clipper City has done it again. Seek this out, and do it today. 1FastSTi (2575), Glendale, Wisconsin, USA

The beer pours to a glowing golden/orange body with a nice white head and a nice spotty lacing. The aroma is very hoppy. Citrus, peaches, perfume, light caramel malt. Awesome. The flavor is hoppy but not bitter at all. The must have used a ton of caramel malt to balance out the hops. The palate is not bitter at all. Medium-light silky body. Delightful. Nice beer for #900.
