Darkest brown, looks black with a toffee colored head....soft spacious bubbles....aroma---malty chocolate, mocha, and chocolate ice cream....palate---first sip cold, crisp and smooth then changes to a sticky malty substance, nice lingering flavors....taste---coffee...toffee...bro sugar......a nice bedtime brew, makes me want peanut butter(another time)..."Sticky lips I lick, the suds drizzle, nice and thick, but thin enough that its not too tough, to drink this brew through and through"--J.F.

12 oz bottle from variety pack. Beautify dark color with a hint of coffee and chocolate. The taste was ok, slightly bitter with a heavy alcohol taste. Not bad... will drink again

Totally dark with a small tan head and good lacing. Roasted, chocolate malt aroma. Malty, moderately sweet, gently hopped taste. Layers of bittersweet chocolate, chicory, molassas and dark fruit. Earthy, medium-to-full bodied mouthfeel. Some nuttiness in the lingering finish.

Pours black with a light brown head. Aromas of coffee, chocolate and caramel. Roasted malts are nicely balance with a bitter end. Rather thin body for a stout.
