Poured from a 12-oz bottle into a pint glass a nice clear golden color with a thin white head. A faint aroma of fresh grains. Taste was much stronger than the smell, with spicy grassy hops coming through along with candy suger leading to a nice dry finish. Beer just got better as it warmed as the flavors became more pronounced.

12oz bottle thanks to heemer77. Almost clear yet somewhat hazy golden with medium, foamy white head. Aroma is hops, spice, a little red apple and bread as well. Spice and yeast are real upfront in the flavor with alc, a little green apple, wheat and noble hops, off-dry. Medium and creamy body. Not half bad but the alc is a little too much as well as the sweetness and spices.

Pours a hazy gold, with some amber and a white head. Aroma of wheat, spice, hops, bread. Taste is also of wheat, spice, and bread. Finish is a little bitter and a little dry. Mouth is pretty carbonated and body is medium.

12 oz. bottle. Pours hazy golden with white head, one finger, that dissipates quickly to a thin, white rim. Nose is apple vinegar, wheat bread and sweet candy. Tastes of bready biscuit with fruity notes, apple, pear and raisin, and spice, clove and coriander. A pretty hefty dose of hop bitterness, though not much hop flavor. Pretty decent body and mouthfeel. Tasty beer.

Bottle. Smells sweet. Tastes sweet with a lemon tartness at the end. Hazy medium yellow body below a small, fizzy, white head that quickly departs. The aroma contains straw, melon, coriander and pineapple juice. The flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter and lightly to moderately acidic. The finish is tart. Medium body with a watery texture and fizzy carbonation. This beer lacks the depth and mustiness of the better saisons.

12 oz bottle. Poured cloudy yellow in color with a medium sized white head. Aroma of earthy wheat, sweet breadiness. Taste of honey and banana sweetness, earthy, yeasty, mildly spiced, and a touch of lemon citrus. It’s an ok saison if you’re in the saison session drinking mode, but a little sweet.

12 oz, bb Sep 08. Two-finger lasting cream atop the cloudy, orange-golden body. Aroma is orange-lemon, clove, and slight bubblegum. Flavor is fruity white wine mixed with tart lemon-orange, peppery lemongrass, and some wheaty bubblegum. Light-medium body is tingly and finishes dry.
