But it’s tolerable. a little fruity and not as delicate as they say. I’ve had kidney stones that are more delicate. But I’m not complaining. about the beer that is. 8 percent baby ! ! ! Bad label, good cap, orange-tinged clear gold beer with a quickly dissipating quarter-inch white head. Tart, fruity, pretty sweet, spicy, slightly salty and buttery -- wit-like at times. Turns a grassy carbonated edge going into the finish, which has some off phenolic flavors. Medium body. Slightly warming. Market Square Liquors. sneagrams3 (1747), St. Louis, Missouri, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 2, 2007 Total Wine. Mild aroma of Belgian yeast, hops and fruit. Flavor is pretty good for an American attempt at a saison. Not up to the level of a Du Pont, but tasty, enjoyable, and extremely drinkable. Notes of Belgian yeast, candy sugar, spicy hops, and a great alcohol hit buried inside. Really nice on a hot Florida day. Excellent. tagz (334), USA
