Honey sweet aroma. Copper with very thin head. Honey, carmel malts with balanced hops. Very smooth start to finish.

gold pour with a large foamy white head. aroma has notes of belgian yeast and sugar. flavor is belgianish but not really like a saison. the belgian yeast and candy sugar are apparent. this is much better than their attempt at a dubbel.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden with a very small quickly diminishing white head that leaves minimal lacing. Aroma of sweet malt, wheat, citrus, light yeast spice, and floral hops. Taste is the same as aroma just a lot weaker. Med-thin mouthfeel with a mild bitterness. A good beer but in my opinion it lacks most of the caracteristics of a Saison.

Light yellow colored beer with very fruity aroma that smells of citrus, hops and a hint of cinnamon... spicy taste that finishes clean..

Spicey aroma, sweet, caramel and sugar. Pours blonde with no head and little carbonation, not what i was expecting from a saison. Tastes more like a Belgian style Golden Ale. I don’t pick up many "saison-like" characteristics, except for a mild tartness in the back. Disappointing.

On tap the Oakroom, Athens, OH. Amber gold, with a thin head that laces down the glass. Medium body, with a spicy, almost astringent mouth feel. Not trace of the alcohol in the aroma or flavor.

Not too bad. My first "Saison." I thought it was alright, a middle of the road intensity belgium beer.

12oz brown bottle purchased as part of a multi-pack at Florian’s. Translucent yellow-amber body with a good half inch of off-white head. Smells fruity, nutty and spicy (nutmeg, cinnamon?). Apricot, nut, and spice play equal parts in the flavor. While the sweetness can be overwealming at times, it’s still pretty tasty, and there is no alcohol flavor and no real flaws to speak of. Medium creamy body. A solid brew, though unlike most saisons I’ve encountered.
