Jan 30, 2009 A pretty good saison, but its a little watery, and leaves a slightly salty aftertaste. It could be a little fruitier. Otherwise, some nice spice, and a little tart. Easily drinkable.

Jan 11, 2009 Bottle. Pours copper with white head. Aroma is citrus hops with sweet malty undertones. Flavor is sweet with good hop bitterness and a crisp clean finish.

Jan 11, 2009 Bottle sample at the Blacklick Wine and Spirits tasting on 1/8/09. Pours cloudy copper with a medium white head. Citrus hop aroma with some malt and yeast. Flavor is a yeast explosion with some fruit and malt and a crisp finish.

Dec 14, 2008 Pours crystal clear gold with a tiny white head. Aroma is fruity with citrus hints. Flavor is citrus with maybe some coriander. Tastes much like a witte, but with the addition of grassy hop flavors. 8% abv ? You would never know it by the taste as there is no noticeable alcohol presence. A very good drinking beer. Light and refreshing.

Dec 13, 2008 Pours a nice cloudy golden pale yellow color, nice carbonation, nice onefinger foamy white head, with some nice sticky lacing left behind. Then nose is malty, with some yeast, and bananna coriander. The taste is malty/yeasty, very nice spice balance. Medium body. Drinkable, I like this one, not as much spice as other Saison Ive had in the past.

Nov 29, 2008 Floaty McBoaty yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of toasted malts, fruit, mild Belgian sugar and some mild pale malts. Taste of toasted malt, fruit, spice and white grapes. Dry, somewhat fruity aftertaste that’s a bit spicy too. Good but not great.

Oct 31, 2008 Bottle. More like a hefe. Hazy orange body spices yes, but lots of fruity esters banana, citrus orange, pear. Decent beer but far from a saison.

Oct 30, 2008 12 oz. bottle - Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Very little lacing. Aroma is bready malt, yeast, and esters. Flavor is sweet malt, spice, and esters. Medium body. A pretty nice Saison.
