A pretty good saison, but its a little watery, and leaves a slightly salty aftertaste. It could be a little fruitier. Otherwise, some nice spice, and a little tart. Easily drinkable.

Pours crystal clear gold with a tiny white head. Aroma is fruity with citrus hints. Flavor is citrus with maybe some coriander. Tastes much like a witte, but with the addition of grassy hop flavors. 8% abv ? You would never know it by the taste as there is no noticeable alcohol presence. A very good drinking beer. Light and refreshing.

Pours a nice cloudy golden pale yellow color, nice carbonation, nice onefinger foamy white head, with some nice sticky lacing left behind. Then nose is malty, with some yeast, and bananna coriander. The taste is malty/yeasty, very nice spice balance. Medium body. Drinkable, I like this one, not as much spice as other Saison Ive had in the past.

Floaty McBoaty yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of toasted malts, fruit, mild Belgian sugar and some mild pale malts. Taste of toasted malt, fruit, spice and white grapes. Dry, somewhat fruity aftertaste that’s a bit spicy too. Good but not great.

Bottle. More like a hefe. Hazy orange body spices yes, but lots of fruity esters banana, citrus orange, pear. Decent beer but far from a saison.
