Ungstrup (14723), Frederiksberg, Denmark Sep 11, 2004 A hazy orange beer with a disappearing white head. The aroma is sweet malty. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel - rather simple and somewhat disappointing. Papsoe (14613), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 7, 2007 (Bottle 35,5 cl) Courtesy of Degarth. Slightly hazy golden with a white head leaving some lacework. Lightly tart, citrusy nose. Medium body with a subdued malt base and a distinct, citrusy tartness. Dry but not overly bitter finish. Classical American style Saison. 061007 kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Date: 12/03/2005

argo0 (6842), Washington DC, USA Jul 11, 2004 (best by 11/04) Clear apple juice body topped by quickly dissipating medium white head. Aroma is medium sweet, yeasty spicy, apple, , banana, lemon. Taste medium sweet, very strong spicy (coriander, pepper), some apple, lemon. Medium body. Very drinkable for a beer of this strength. Rastacouere (5551), Montréal, Quebec, Canada May 9, 2005 Still and dull golden body follows a completely fading head. Herbal and candyish aroma immediately reminds of honey through its malty sweetness. Slightly grainy, it has a most direct doughy profile that comes out very bready in mouth. Not very complex taste, coriander and similar spices pretends to dry out a bit and the hops feel a bit grainy. Closing a cloying finish that is not helped at all by the main weakness which resumes to a lacking carbonation that removes the life there could have been in there. Feels fat and oily. hopdog (5525), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA Oct 11, 2004 On tap at the 2004 Kennett Square BF. Poured a light yellow. Not very much to smell or taste as my lack of notes on this one reflects. hopscotch (5437), Vero Beach, Florida, USA Jun 2, 2004 Lightly hazy, golden ale with a small, creamy, white head. Spicy aroma with notes of pear, coriander, banana and bubblegum. Fruity, spicy flavor as well. Baked, spiced pear and warm cinnamon-apple cobbler. Medium-bodied with medium carbonation. Short, spicy, sweet finish. bu11zeye (5430), Frisco, Texas, USA Jul 25, 2006 (Bottle) Pours a lightly hazy orange body with a small quickly dissipating white head. Aroma of banana, apple, caramel, and lemon. Flavor of hops, spicy yeast, and some notes of fruitiness.
