Feb 27, 2008 Pours a five-finger white head that fades quickly leaving some lace. Clear pale amber color. Light-medium carbonation and medium bodied. Barnyard funky nose. Flavor is sour apple and lemon, lingering sour finish. Mellows as it warms. The higher ABV is not noticeable. $1.75 for a 12 oz bottle from Colonial Spirits Acton, Ma.

May 2, 2006 semi murky yellow with little head.hay,horse blanket,wheat,and lemons made up the aroma and flavor.although the flavor did have a little sweetness to it.

Apr 21, 2008 12oz bottle thanks to Acknud. This one pours out a hazy gold topped with a white head. A very nice aroma of sweet spice. Tast of spice yeast and fruit. A pretty good brew

Jul 15, 2008 Bottle. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Fruity and spicy aroma, a bit of clove. Medium body. Flavor is very similar to the aroma, with banana, clove, yeast, and dough. Pretty good.

Feb 14, 2007 Clear golden, ring of bubbles. Candi sugar and spice up front, very tripel-like. Faint floral and pale malt background. Flavor is veru tripel-like as well, dominated by candi sugar. Really have to dig to get anything else. Pretty muddled up in general.

Sep 27, 2009 Sampled at the ’Butter’s Last Supper’ tasting. Pours a clear golden amber with wispy whitish head. Nose is sweet and horse sweat and wheat. Lots of bubblegum in the flavor, with vanilla, and just a touch of funk. A little syrupy on the palate. Missing the effervescence. Cool label though.
