| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 2, 2007 Total Wine. Mild aroma of Belgian yeast, hops and fruit. Flavor is pretty good for an American attempt at a saison. Not up to the level of a Du Pont, but tasty, enjoyable, and extremely drinkable. Notes of Belgian yeast, candy sugar, spicy hops, and a great alcohol hit buried inside. Really nice on a hot Florida day. Excellent. belgianhomebrew (646), Acworth, Georgia, USA

A slightly metallic taste with some signifigant floral flavors as well. Some hops throughout but sweet sugary malts mixed in nicely. I’m begining to like the Saison style more and more. checkmatei1 (630), Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, USA

Moderately spicy aroma with a good yeasty quality. Flavor is sweeter than most saisons but still has a nice spicyness to balance it all out. Not overcarboanted like most saisons. Medium to light body, smooth and refreshing. Overall: very refreshing summer brew. BennyTicklez (621), USA
