Bottle. Hazy bright golden color with good sized white head. Aroma is very fruity with yeast and spice. The taste is a bit sweet with not as much spiciness breaking through as I would like. Lightly herbal finish with light fruits. Not bad at all. I’ll bump up the overall rating because it was very cheep compared to other available belgians and saisons at the bar.

12-3-08. Bottle. Poured coppery with a thin white head. Smelled of citrus and perfume. Tasted malty sweet, with some spice, grass, and citric hops. Some candy or sugar in there as well. Pretty good stuff.

12 oz bottle. Poured cloudy yellow in color with a medium sized white head. Aroma of earthy wheat, sweet breadiness. Taste of honey and banana sweetness, earthy, yeasty, mildly spiced, and a touch of lemon citrus. It’s an ok saison if you’re in the saison session drinking mode, but a little sweet.

The aroma is a slightly sweet banana and spice. It pours a clear amber with a quickly fading head. Nice crisp flavor, a touch of sweetness, and a bit of earthiness to finish. Nice and refreshing as the summer months loom, and the bright shiny day moon starts to beat down.

Poured from bottle. Malt, yeast and gas in the aroma. Cloudy, lager-y appearance. All kinds of stuff in the flavor - malt, grass, hops, floral notes, syrup, brown sugar. Wann’t crazy about it at first, but flavors gelled better as I drank. Finished quite nicely. Interesting stuff.

Pours golden brown with a decent off white head. Aroma is a fruity malty smell. Taste is also slightly fruity and wine like. Good stuff.
