12oz bottle. Pours a clear glowing lighter golden with a small fizzy white froth. Balanced aroma of vanilla, flowers, lightly sweet, hint of grass, touch spicy, hint of honey, yeasty, doughy, very balanced. Flavor follows, quite balanced and surprisingly tasty, slightly full for a saison, chalky, vanilla, doughy, yeasty, lightly spicy , off-dry sweetness finishing quite dry with just a touch of lingering candi sugar. Medium bodied with a almost hard candy feel, glassy, with lots of full airy carbonation. Love the hops right in the fnish, lovely beer.

Golden color with a big foamy white head that bubbles away. Aroma is a little peppery and doughy with a hint of fruit. Flavor is sweet with some undertones of wheat bread, banana, and some peppery spices. Some bitterness and alcohol in the finish. Mouthfeel is quite nice - a little syrupy, but not too much. This thing has 8% alcohol? Wow, it’s pretty well hidden then! I think this beer has some subtle complexities that can be over looked if finished too quickly. 12 oz bottle (best by Jan 07), $1.50 from Party Town.

A pretty good saison, but its a little watery, and leaves a slightly salty aftertaste. It could be a little fruitier. Otherwise, some nice spice, and a little tart. Easily drinkable. Alcohol % was a suprise when I read it.

The color was an orange/yellow with some sediment. The aroma was earthy alcohol and yeasty. The flavor was earhty, yeasty, tart, and citris. The palate was smooth. The finish was a little abrupt.

A tad bit watery but not too bad. Nice flavor of banana clove etc. Worth a shot.

Pours with a nice small white head. Golden colored with a fruitiness in the nose. Lacks some of the punch of the european farmhouse ales, but a nice attempt at the style. A little bit of spice in the flavor with the fruit and a very clean finish.

Decent US version of a belgian classic. Aroma is hay and yeast. Flavor is a nice fruity sasion. weird metallic after- taste was it worth 2 bucks now thats the real question? no real floaters like im used to seeing in a belgian farmhouse or even the bison
