Commercial Description:
Pils, Carapils, and wheat malts, Belgian candi sugar
Magnum and Styrian Goldings Hops
This beer is brewed in the Belgian Saison style (country farm house ale). A potent yet delicate ale, brewed with a unique Belgian yeast which develops a spicy, fruity flavor. Enormously complex. Available from May to around August.

Cask Conditioned version at Pizza Paradiso Aroma: A whole bunch of stuff Fuity, Malty, floral and yeasty with a little funk Appearance: Cloudy, Straw yellow with a white thin head Taste: Delicious with blend of malty background, honey-dew, some spicy flavors peeking thru Palate: Light bodied the tastes starts off bready and slightly hoppy but finishes slightly sweet Overall: A great expression of a Saison, unlike the classic Saison Dupont, this does not finish super dry... definitely could use some help slightly drying up the finish otherwise very delicious

On tap @ Coles Buffalo NY. Golden color with medium carbonation. Much sweeter than previous saisons. Spicy & alcohol well hidden. Wouldnt really classify as a saison but I Like this

Pours golden brown with a decent off white head. Aroma is a fruity malty smell. Taste is also slightly fruity and wine like. Good stuff.

Light transparent yellow with small head and no lacing. Aroma and flavor are rich with spices and fruits. It was very sweet with pumpkin or banana notes. Really great all around. A beer doesn’t need to be darker than dirt or have "imperial stout" in the name to be good..

Not the best saison out there, but still worth a pick up. Pours slightly cloudy gold color, with a thin head. Aroma is mostly spice with some fruits, taste is typical saison, with the exception of a bit of an alcohol bite at the end.

12 oz, very slightly murky yellow-orange, and needs a little more violent pour to release a marshmallowy slowly dissipating head. Caught some apple peel, sugar, tart cherries. Sweet/tart with spice, giving way to a nicely gradual bitter iron finish.

On Tap. Typical belgian strong, flavorful, and sweet sugar tastes without any particular prominent flavors. Well executed and enjoyable.

Not overpowering but not simplistic. Drank this after a big meal and really liked it. If you are used to other CC fare (like Hop3) you might find this a little less complex, but don’t hold that against it.... it’s certainly worth a try while it’s around!
