Commercial Description:
Malts: German Pils and Carapils
Hops: Amarillo, Saaz, Hersbrucker and Tettnang
We call this beer an Uber Pils - a pilsner style bock lager. Rich, malty, and well rounded but with a firm structure of noble hops. Surprisingly pale in color for such a powerful, complex beer. Available year round beginning Feb. 05.

Clean yellow color, grassy malt and citrus aroma. Flavor is very balanced, not overpowering at any part. The malt from the aroma comes right through in the flavor as well as light hop notes of citrus and small amount of bitterness at the end. Quite a nice brew, I should have gone to this one instead of Great Lakes Imperial Dortmunder.

Light grassy aroma. Clear dark golden color with a small white head. Mild hop beginning fading moderately in the finish. Good body for a pils.

Bottle. Pours golden with a medium white head that pretty much settle to just a thin whisp. Aroma is caramel, some bread like notes, light citrus. Flavor is caramel malts, bread, pine, citrus. Palate is medium bodied, medium carbonation, finished sweet up front, then somewhat bitter. This is pretty decent stuff, not world class, but very solid.

12 ozer from a sample pack. Poured a clear gold into a shaker, with about three fingers of white head. Lacing was minimal. Aroma was bready with some citrus notes. Flavor was malty with some bittering hops toward the end that lingered. Medium body with medium carbonation. Crisp clean beer.

Pours gold into a shaker. Off-white head slowly recedes leaving spot lacing to skim surface. Malt and mild citrus aromas. Crisp with pine and resin and a lasting citrus finish.

(Bottle). Malty slightly citrusy aroma. Hazy dark golden color with a small white head. Flavor has predominant hops, and distinct citrus. Much like a mild IPA, only not as bitter. Refreshing.

Bottle from Tanks Bar & Grill in Dayton. This is a pretty damn good lager. Better than what I expected from a pilsner type beer. Of course the aroma isn’t going to be that strong, but the appearance is spot on for the style. Rich clear golden color with a thick white, long lasting head. The flavor was slightly citrusy with the pils malt showing through. Has a nice crisp, clean, more bitter than expected finish.
