Commercial Description:
Malts: German Pils and Carapils
Hops: Amarillo, Saaz, Hersbrucker and Tettnang
We call this beer an Uber Pils - a pilsner style bock lager. Rich, malty, and well rounded but with a firm structure of noble hops. Surprisingly pale in color for such a powerful, complex beer. Available year round beginning Feb. 05.

aroma was bready with some alcohol in the backround. poured dark gold with a small head, nothing too stunning to look at. flavor was bready and had some alcohol, and a sprinkling of noble hops. balance seemed to be more towards malt. finished malty. full bodied for a lager. a decent beer.

Bottle from trade. Hazy light amber/golden with large white head and lacing. Aroma is a little doughy with big noble hops and nice amber malt backbone. Flavor is somewhat aged malt with still surprising amount of noble hops and a little bubblegum as well a good amount of caramel and toast. Medium body and and creamy and medium carbonated body. Overall a very nice beer with the hops being the most interesting part about it.

I throughly enjoyed this nice brew. Very hoppy with a nice warm finish. Goes down smooth and has a little more acl than your average beer. A very good pils.

dark for a pils, strong flavor os malt but not your traditional munich malt taste with a strong bitterness for a pils without that crisp and dry hop finish. a nice beer but doesn’t fit the style well

This one comes out of the tap a semi-transparent honey golden. Aroma has a nice balance of maltiness and hoppiness, but is not complex. Flavor is mouth-filling, fairly malty, with some hop bitterness and fruity hints. It goes down smoothly and leaves a pleasantly bitter hoppy aftertaste.

This beer pours an orange amber coloured body with a decent sized white head. The mouthfeel is very pleasent, a little fruity at times but then finishes sweet and malty. Well balanced, with a nice crisp hoppy flavor. I’ve had some really nice pilsners lately, this one is up there. :)

Poured an orange yellow with foam head. Nice hops aroma. Malt and hop mix on the pallet with a touch of sweet citrus zing which was a pleasant combo. Flavorful well crafted beer and the winner of a small 9 beer tasting.
