Feb 4, 2008 Pours a nice golden color with a small but lasting white head. The nose is malty with a nice richness. The taste is a touch sweet but with nice complexity. Very full but balanced.

Feb 3, 2008 Slightly cloudy straw color with a thin broken white head. Grainy and peppery aroma, maybe a bit too much on the sweet side. Sweet herbal taste, some Saaz, a candied taste that was perhaps too sweet for a Pils. OK, but not how I like my Pils.

Jan 30, 2008 Beer poured surprisingly orangey for a pilsner. Aroma was sweet. The flavor was a little overboard on honey. The beer is just a tad too sweet. There was a nice subtle grassiness underneath and a touch of bittering hops. Mouthfeel was really smooth. Could have been exceptional if it were just a little less sweet.

Jan 27, 2008 Bottle from mwelsh13. Pours a hazy golden with a nice head and great lacing. Aroma is sweet and grassy with some bready German malts. Flavor is much of the same. A lot of grassy bitterness in this one accompanied by a pleasant strong pils sweetness. Finishes nicely with grass and lemon hops. Rather drinkable too.
