Commercial Description:
Malts: German Pils and Carapils
Hops: Amarillo, Saaz, Hersbrucker and Tettnang
We call this beer an Uber Pils - a pilsner style bock lager. Rich, malty, and well rounded but with a firm structure of noble hops. Surprisingly pale in color for such a powerful, complex beer. Available year round beginning Feb. 05.

Appearance: Nice golden colour, slightly cloudy, small off white head. Aroma: Slightly floral, some yeast, malt, hay, grass and slight earth. Flavour: Caramel, floral, a tin amount of hops, honey and a mild alcohol finish. Not bad at all.

Malty and thick, this has a pretty lengthy lingering flavor of "uper pils." Your imagination dictates the flavor. Thick euro beer, but good. Bottle at Total Wine and More, North Miami Beach.

Sweet malt aroma and taste. Minimal hops. Solid body. Golden color, with some floaties.

Bottle. Poured a slightly hazy golden color with a small off white head. Nose is floral hops, grass, and caramel. Medium bodied with a clean, crisp mouth feel. Flavor starts out with sweet caramel and some citrus, later there is more of a grassy hop note. Finishes with hops bitterness and slightly spiced.

Bottle from trade with nearbeer. Thanks! Poured a clear light orange color. The head was one finger high and off white. Smelled of pale malt, hay, and subdued noble hops. Medium bodied and slightly sweet. I tasted bready malt, a touch of honey, and supporting noble hops. Decent, but didn’t knock my socks off.

12oz bottle from my brother-in-law who has seen the light - no more Bud!! Big nose. Very rich, somewhat heavy. Very tasty, but more a bock than a pils. Would like to try on tap to get a better opinion.

Serving: Draft. Appearance: Clear gold with a small, foamy, white head. Pretty decent lacing left behind. Aroma: Very grainy, light grassy and spicy hop notes. Flavor: Heavy on the alcohol and grain. Fruity with notes of white grapes. A little wood and a good dose of malt sweetness. A bit unbalanced, but not bad. Palate: Medium carbonation with a medium mouthfeel and a medium, grainy and alcohol finish. Overall: The taste is okay, just a little rough around the edges. Still, it does have good drinkability. Remind me of a malt liquor.
