Commercial Description:
Malts: German Pils and Carapils
Hops: Amarillo, Saaz, Hersbrucker and Tettnang
We call this beer an Uber Pils - a pilsner style bock lager. Rich, malty, and well rounded but with a firm structure of noble hops. Surprisingly pale in color for such a powerful, complex beer. Available year round beginning Feb. 05.

Bottle: pours a clear gold with a white head. Aroma, citrus, yeasty, herbal notes, and some bready malts. Flavor, citrus, bready notes, yeasty, pale malts, some bitterness on the finish. Pretty nice.

A deep golden pour with a light white head and lace. An aroma that is on the sweet malt side. A flavor that is sweet and rich. A very subtle hop bitter but just about right for the style. A bit on the warm side which is the way a beer should be. A smooth rich even palate that has good carbonation as well. A very good offering for the style a beer I’ve had many times and just realized I had not rated it.

Bottle sampled. Pours a light golden color with a small white head. Aroma of grassy hops, caramel, malts, and yeast. Flavor is mildly sweet with malts, citrus, and spiciness with a very clean finish.

Rated while drinking: A clear golden-straw colored body with a nice frothy white head. Very floral nose, and quite complex. I smell lots of hops. Makes me want to drink it. Citrusy and lots of herbs in there. Like drinking a flower. Different and quite unique! Well structured and complex taste. Bitter at the beginning, but smooths off at the end. A little bit of chalk left in the mouth. Once again, very different and tons of flavor notes. Too bad this doesn’t come in 6 packs.

12oz bottle. Aroma: Sweet and grainy German maltiness, a weird mix of American and continental hops. Citrusy, earthy, floral, spicy, and a touch of cat pee. Appearance: Medium gold in color and clear. White head is full and frothy with good retention. Good lacing. Flavor: Grainy malt with a fair amount of sweetness. Nice hop bite with citrus, floral, and spicy notes. Some earthy notes into the finish. Medium bitter with a fairly clean finish. Palate: Medium bodied. Medium carbonation. Overall: This was a nice beer. A nice blend of american and german hop flavors and aromas. Nice clean and crisp finish.

Bottle 12 FL Oz
Appearance :Amber lager with sunny gold patina, small top, mini fizz in style 3-
Nose:Intensely hoppy more like American styled Pale Ale. Sweet note is playing at background. Rich sweet malt.
Flavour/Palate: Wow this lager is smooth. Full yet not heavy on substance Soft Czech like malt work witch is always good with New World hop approach. Fruity, citrus middle and finish. Alcohol lightly noticeable shows very late and only as warming tool. Big and bold and everything plays in harmony. Rare breed and strongly recommended especially for ale hop heads. Lager can be interesting as is in here!

A very light coloring for a beer with this heavy of mouthfeel. Heavy Seas has a nice malty flavoring, accented with a fruity hop flavoring. Good balance. A nice drinkable beer.

bottled. Great looking lager, clear w/ golden hues. This is crisp & an easy drinker. Very well balanced, I’m impressed w/ this one. Maybe a slight bit too watery, that could be balance w/ more hops &/or alc. Still good.
