I had just heard about this brewery and purchased a bottle to try. The label on the bottle is unique. The head was white and limited lacing. The first sip was like an IPA. Then the beer settled down. The body was meduiun with a slighly bitter finish. This beer grew on me as the time passed. Lowe1983 (1029), Fairborn, Ohio, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Apr 13, 2006 Pours a golden color with a thick white head. Aroma is of fruit, sweet malts, and very little hops. Flavor starts off with sweet malt and grain and finishes with the fruit and floral hops. A decent lager but not my favorite. vyvvy (2068), Hazelwood, Missouri, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 10, 2006 The beer pours a clear gold with a white head with medium retention. Aroma has a nice wmooth maltiness along with a pleasant floral hoppy aroma. The beer is medium bodied with light / medium carbonation. The taste is initial that of a pilsner (sweet malt and smooth grain), but the finish is fully with pleasant rich floral hops like that of an nice ale. This beer is not true to any style and is all the better for it. An enjoyable beer worth checking out. aracauna (2391), Georgia, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 8, 2006 Once again, another beer that tastes much smaller than it really is. Pours a clear gold with a white head. The aroma is slightly grassy noble hops. The malt is a little on the sweet side. It’s not bad though. radagast83 (1315), Fairfax, Virginia, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Mar 20, 2006 In the bottle. Thanks to Springslicker for the beer! Pours a solid gold color with a fine white head producing excellent clingy lace. Very fun aroma of brash biting hop, not floral sweetness. Flavor is strong upfront with a powerful sweetness that overwhelms you with the malt. Not sure I could ever think of this as a pilsner, even if über. dp (512), uniontown, Ohio, USA
