Apr 1, 2006 Unfiltered, but otherwise a by-the-book hefe. A lemon would have helped as it didn’t hold its taste long. Crisp very quick finish. Quaffable, especially looking towards the summer.

Mar 31, 2006 Draft, Baja Bean, Staunton VA. Hazy orange with little head, served with a lemon wedge. Nose of banana, clove, wheat, sour citrus, and sour maltiness. Medium bodied, low carbonation, with flavors of clove, wheat malt, sour citrus, and yeast. Tart, sticky finish, with a bit of a yeast bite. Very enjoyable and quenching, though I was expecting a little more based on my enjoyment of the Heavy Seas series....

Nov 2, 2004 On tap... Cloudy, straw-colored lager. The nose is of bubblegum, clove, underripe banana and apple. Perfectly balanced, citrusy and spicy flavor. Light-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and light carbonation. Lengthy, soapy finish.
