Taste is bland lager -- apple sweet, slightly grassy, virtually no bitterness. Watery light body. Better than BMC, but essentially an inoffensive beer pursuing fans of the macros. jcwattsrugger (5563), Florida and, New Jersey, USA

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 1, 2008 Pours a transparent deep golden color with a thin, fizzy white head. Aroma of musty grainy malts and plenty of lager yeast character and subtle noble hops. Body starts with a pleasant mild sweetness and some husky malt notes with good hop bittering balance before a dry, crisp, drinkable finish. Very true to style and although it has little complexity, it would make for a good session beer. hopscotch (5511), Vero Beach, Florida, USA
| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/20 | Sep 6, 2003 Sparkling clear, perfect, Sunshine yellow lager. Very little head.
A touch woodsy with notes of damp straw in the aroma. Slightly floral. Decently balanced, although the sweet malt seems to shine through when all is said and done.
Light-bodied with a watery mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Short, crisp finish.
Not a good beer. Bov (5478), Bienne, Switzerland

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 8, 2009 Received a 12-oz bottle via trade with kmweaver. Pours a clear golden pale with a white head that dissolves fast and leaves behind a fine white film coating. Very good lacing on glass side. Aroma is sweet, light malt with a touch of sweet corn. Good balance of malt and hops. Taste has a medium body with a smooth carbonation. Thought this is listed as a "Premium Lager" category, this is more of an American Lager. A good summer session beer overall.
